NEW LAWN CREATION
There are four main steps involved in creating a beautiful lawn, as shown by the illustrated example below:
Consultation/Garden Design
This garden had been lovingly landscaped by the previous owner but the lack of a lawn was proving frustrating for this young family, with two boisterous boys. The decision was made to create a lawn across half of the garden.
Site Preparation
The first step was to remove plants (many of which were relocated), weeds and a rather well constructed path !
Landscaping
Next, the whole area was rotovated and a quality, weed-free loam was added to the height required and raked until it was level.
Turfing
Once the area had been suitably prepared we laid quality turf which was delivered fresh to site. We can supply a range of different turf types depending on the use. In this instance, we used Arena turf which, as the name implies, is ideal for heavily used grass areas.
